Slaviša Vasilić

Slaviša Vasilić was born on 18 August 1983 in Slavonski Brod. He completed Secondary School, section: Economic Technician, in Brod and then enrolled at the Banja Luka University School of Law in Banja Luka. He graduated in 2008.

In the same year, he started working as a junior lawyer in the local administration of the Brod Municipality and, in 2009, he started working for the oil rafinery - Rafinerija nafte a.d. Brod, as an independent specialist for disputes and contracts. In April 2011, he became employed with the Aneks d.o.o. Banja Luka Company, which has been pursuing business activities under the name of Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka since 2012. He was employed at the position of a Specialist for Legal Affairs and Regulations.

From 2014, he was performing the duties of the Head of the Legal Affairs and Regulations Department in the same Company, within the Legal Sector, as well as other duties afterwards, in accordance with the changes in the Company organization. In 2017, he was appointed the Director of Legal Sector of the Blicnet Company, and performed that duty until July 2019, when he was appointed to the position of a Senior Specialist for Coordination and Affiliates within the Blicnet Director's Office. After the status change of merging by acquisition of the companies of Elta Kabel d.o.o. Doboj and Telrad Net d.o.o. Bijeljina to the Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka Company was performed in September 2022, he was appointed to the position of Head of the Sector for General and Legal Affairs.  

In June 2024 he realized a new turn in his professional career, and became employed with the Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Company, at the position of Director of the Legal Affairs Sector. He was appointed the Acting Director of Corprate Affairs on 5 May 2025.

He speaks the English language.

He is married and a father of two.
