Slaviša Vasilić

Slaviša Vasilić was born in 1983 in Slavonski Brod. He completed secondary education in Brod, obtaining the qualification of Economic Technician, after which he enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka, from which he graduated in 2008.

In the same year, he began his professional career as a legal trainee in the local administration of the Municipality of Brod. In 2009 he commenced employment with the joint stock company Rafinerija nafte a.d. Brod as Independent Specialist for Disputes and Contracts. In April 2011 he commenced employment with the company Aneks d.o.o. Banja Luka, which operated under the name Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka since 2012, where he held the position of Specialist for Legal Affairs and Regulations.

Since 2014, with the same company, he performed duties of the Head of Department for Legal Affairs and Regulations within the Legal Sector, subsequently undertaking additional responsibilities in accordance with the structural changes within the company. In 2017 he was appointed Director of the Legal Sector of Blicnet and held the position until July 2019, when he assumed the position of Senior Specialist for Coordination and Affiliated Companies within the Office of Director of Blicnet. Following the statutory merger procedure involving the acquisition of the companies Elta Kabel d.o.o. Doboj and Telrad Net d.o.o. Bijeljina by Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka, finalized in September 2022, he was assigned to the position of the Head of General and Legal Affairs Sector.

In June 2024 he achieved a new milestone in his professional development and commenced employment with Mtel a.d. Banja Luka as the Director of Legal Affairs Sector.  

He is fluent in the English language. He is married and a father of two children.

He was appointed Acting Director for Corporate Affairs of Mtel a.d. Banja Luka on 5 May 2025. On 5 August 2025 he was appointed Executive Director for Corporate Affairs of Mtel a.d. Banja Luka.
