Announcement to the shareholders on payment of the dividend from the 2025. profit
Shareholders of Mtel a.d. Banja Luka are hereby informed that the payment of dividends from the Company's profit generated in the year 2025 will commence on 23 July 2026.
The total dividend amount of BAM 26,399,153.46 will be distributed to shareholders of Mtel on the basis that each share entitles its holder to the same nominal amount of BAM 0.05372411 per share.
Shareholders may obtain all instructions and information relating to their entitlement to dividend payment through the following contact channels:

Please note that entitlement to the dividend from the Company's profit generated in the year 2025 is vested in those shareholders of Mtel who were registered as shareholders in the records of the Central Registry of Securities JSC as of 14 July 2026, being the record date.
Shareholders of Mtel may verify their shareholder status as of the record date with the Central Registry of Securities JSC Banja Luka, Street Sime Šolaje No. 1, or by contacting the Information Service of Mtel a.d. Banja Luka at 0800 50000 (toll-free). Shareholders may also verify the accuracy of their registered data with the Central Registry of Securities. If there are any discrepancies between the shareholder information maintained by the Central Registry of Securities and the information contained in the shareholder's personal identification document, such information must be updated accordingly.
All shareholders are reminded to observe the applicable statutory limitation periods governing their claims against the Company and to collect their dividends in due time in order to exercise their right to a share of the Company's profit.
Upon expiry of the applicable statutory limitation period, shareholders' claims against the Company in respect of dividend payments shall become time-barred and shall no longer be payable, i.e. upon the expiry of such period, shareholders shall lose their right to claim payment of the dividend.
