Announcement to the Shareholders
Pursuant to the Authorization issued by the Management Board, Mtel a.d. Banja Luka has concluded the Share Purchase and Transfer Agreement, for 100% capital share in the Company “Blicnet” d.o.o. Banja Luka, by which the transaction related to acquiring of 100% capital share in the “Blicnet” d.o.o. Banja Luka by Mtel a.d. Banja Luka was completed.
