According to the Company’s Management Board Decision, Jelena Trivan, PhD, has been elected the CEO to a new three-year mandate.
According to the Company’s Management Board Decisions, the following have been elected to a new three-year mandate respectively: Dejan Jokić, the Executive Director of Finance, Nikola Tacić, the Executive Director of Corporate Affairs, and Milosav Parezanović, the Executive Director of Sales.
The CEO and the Executive Directors are Members of the Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Executive Board.
