Notification to the shareholders
Mtel a.d. Banja Luka hereby notifies the Shareholders that they may commence the collection of the interim dividend from the Company profit, realized in the year 2021, from 31 December 2021.
The dividend, in the total amount of KM 29.195.056,12 shall be paid to the Mtel shareholders upon the principle: the same face value of KM 0,05941396 to each share.
The Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Shareholders may obtain all instructions and information, related to the entitlement to payment of the dividend, by means of the contact telephones, as follows:

Please note that the entitlement to payment of the interim dividend from the 2021 Company profit shall have the Mtel’s Shareholders with such status on the cut-off date, 30 December 2021, according to the data from the RS Central Securities Register,
The Mtel Shareholders may check their status on the cut-off date with the RS Central Securities Register (Centralni registar hartija od vrijednosti RS a.d. Banja Luka, Ul. Sime Šolaje br. 1) or with Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Information Services by calling 080050000, free of charge.
The Mtel Shareholders may also check the data registered with the RS Central Securities Register and, should there be any discrepancies in the shareholders’ data, kept by the RS Central Securities Register, and the data from the personal ID documents, the adjustment shall be performed.
We hereby inform all shareholders to take account of the statutory limitations of their claims towards the Company, and commence the dividend collection, for the purpose of realizing their right to share in the Company profit.
Pursuant to the Article 47 of the Commercial Companies Law, the dividend-based shareholders’ claims towards the Company reach statutory limitation three years from the date when the dividend payment commenced.
Upon the expiry of the statutory limitation period, the dividend-based shareholders’ claims towards the Company shall not be paid to the shareholders i.e., upon the expiry of that period, the shareholders shall lose the right to submit claims based on the dividend payment.
