By entering the non-monetary share into the GO4YU d.o.o. Beograd company, in the form of the right to 100% capital share in the Mtel Austria GmbH company, Mtel a.d. Banja Luka has acquired 41% share in the GO4YU d.o.o. Beograd company.
With unification of the activities on the Group level, numerous positive effects are expected in the form of centralized management ad more efficient market presentation, more effective deployment of human and financial resources and the possibility of further expansion of the business.
