m:tel prepaid users can top-up their accounts by electronic top-ups in available amounts at over 5.500 points of sale equipped with POS terminals all across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Prepaid account top-up is very simple and it is done at points of sale with POS terminal. The user requests electronic prepaid account top-up from the salesperson, states her/his phone number as well as the top-up amount. The salesperson makes the transaction, and the user receives the SMS with the information that his/her prepaid account is topped-up by desired amount, as well as the receipt from the salesperson.
The minimal amount for electronic prepaid account top-up is 2 BAM, and the maximal is 50 BAM.
